Submission Checklist

                              Additional Information 

                                            Debtors- Money owed to you at year-end by customers.

                                            Creditors- Money you owe at the year-end to suppliers and subcontractors.

                                            Royalty statements- Creative arts and media only (PRS/PPL etc.).

                                            CIS statements- Construction industry subcontractors only.

                                            P60- Issued by an employer or private pension at the end of each tax year.

                                            P11D- issued by an employer at the end of each tax year.

                                            P11- Employer payroll summary provided to companies by their payroll provider.

                                            Dividend Vouchers- Necessarily required to support all dividend payments.

                                            HP agreements- Showing amount borrowed, interest and repayments.

                                            Receipts, bills, and sales invoices- These can be uploaded through Dext (ReceiptBank).
